Vitamins and supplements

Vitamins and supplements are divided into two groups; water soluble and fat soluble. Hydro-soluble vitamins dissolve in water and are passed in urine, so it is impossible for the body to store them. Fat-soluble vitamins are stored in body fat, so it possible that they can be stored in fatty tissues to create reserves to prevent deficiencies.
