At Accès pharma, every team member plays a key role in the service we provide to our customers. As a delivery driver, you will be a vital link between the pharmacy team and our patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver prescription medications and pharmaceutical products to patients’ homes following a set delivery route
• Provide courteous, discreet, and professional service to clients
• Collect signatures or payments when required
• Comply with all privacy and safety standards related to pharmaceutical deliveries
• Check the accuracy of each order before leaving the pharmacy
• Maintain the delivery vehicle (if provided)
• Communicate with the pharmacy team in case of delays or delivery issues

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Good sense of direction and punctuality
• Professionalism and strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift light loads (approx. 20 lbs)
• Reliability and ability to work independently
• Discretion and respect for medical confidentiality

ASSETS

• Knowledge of the pharmacy sector
• Experience in a similar role (delivery or customer service)
